You can reschedule your tickets up to 1 week in advance of your booked date. You will need to pay for any difference in price plus an exchange fee of £3 per ticket. Please see a step-by-step guide below.
Step 1: Log in to manage your order.
Please use the relevant link below to manage your Glide booking:

- Igloo tickets - https://glidebatterseapowerstation.co.uk/igloos-orders
Input the email address and postcode you used when making your order to log in to manage your existing bookings.
Step 2: Amend your booking
If you would like to change the date of your session, select the 'Change Date + Time' option.
If you would like to keep the same date but change your session time, select the 'Change Time' option.
You will then need to select your new date and/or time.
Step 3: Pay any difference in ticket price and exchange fee
You will be shown a summary of your changes, and then be able to pay to make this exchange. Please follow this process through to confirm your changes.
